How do you check an offer with the Saudi CMA?
- Search the manager on the CMA list of licensed financial market institutions. The list shows which activities each firm is licensed for.
- Read the CMA notice on avoiding unlicensed persons: a contract with an unlicensed person for securities business is void.
- Walk away from any "guaranteed" monthly percentage, from any request to send money to a personal or company account instead of your own, and from any record you cannot check yourself.
Where does the 100% Strategy fit?
In the last row, not among the funds. It is an automated gold strategy for investors with $10,000 or more, run in trading accounts in your own name. Each pair of accounts holds both sides of the same gold trade, the bonus credit on the accounts absorbs the losing side, and the profit moves to a savings account in your name after each round. Every cycle is in the live record, losing cycles included, and the running cost is $6 per cycle per pair. It is high risk, it is not a Saudi-licensed fund, and the person behind it, Saad Nizar El Soussi, is listed by the UAE Capital Market Authority as an authorized finfluencer (entry 193), which covers financial content, not managing money. Judge it on the record, with money you can afford to lose.

Questions people ask
Which Saudi fund pays the highest monthly distribution?
It changes every month. Compare the last twelve distributions on each fund's fact sheet, and the fees, not one month's figure. A fund that paid the most last month can pay the least next month.
Is a monthly distribution the same as a guaranteed return?
No. A fund pays out of what it earned. A weak month means a smaller or skipped distribution, and the unit price can fall below what you paid.
Can I get a monthly income from a bank in Saudi Arabia?
Yes. Murabaha and term deposits with monthly profit are offered by Saudi banks. The profit is low and agreed in advance, and the money is locked for the term.
Is the 100% Strategy licensed in Saudi Arabia?
No. It is not a Saudi fund and it is not licensed by the Saudi Capital Market Authority. It is run by Saad El Soussi, an authorized finfluencer listed by the UAE Capital Market Authority; that covers financial content, not managing money, and the money stays in accounts in your own name. Treat it as high risk and ask a licensed adviser about your own situation.
What is the minimum for the 100% Strategy?
$10,000, which is five pairs of accounts. Joining starts with the waiting list and a WhatsApp call, usually within a day.
