Which investments pay a monthly income in Kuwait and Qatar?

By Saad El Soussi, UAE-authorized finfluencer · Updated 2026-11-04

In Kuwait and Qatar the usual monthly payers are bank deposits that pay profit or interest every month and a few real estate income funds, such as Markaz Real Estate Fund in Kuwait, which pays a monthly cash distribution. Listed ETFs in Qatar pay once or twice a year, and rent is often paid by cheques. All of these pay a low, variable income. The 100% Strategy is different: a high-risk gold trading strategy from $10,000, run in your own accounts by Saad El Soussi, an authorized finfluencer listed by the UAE Capital Market Authority, with every cycle in a live record and nothing promised.

How do you check an investment offer in Kuwait or Qatar?

Is a monthly distribution the same as a monthly profit?

Not always. A fund can pay a steady monthly amount while the value of its units goes up or down, and Markaz itself says its distribution rate cannot be guaranteed. Look at the total return, the payout and the unit price together, and check how often you can take your money out: MREF, for example, lets you redeem only every six months.

Where does the 100% Strategy fit?

In the last row of both tables. It is an automated gold strategy for investors with $10,000 or more, run in trading accounts in your own name. Each pair of accounts holds both sides of the same gold trade, the bonus credit on the accounts absorbs the losing side, and the profit moves to a savings account in your name after each round. Every cycle is in the live record, losing cycles included, and the running cost is $6 per cycle per pair. It is high risk and it is not licensed in Kuwait or Qatar. Saad Nizar El Soussi is listed by the UAE Capital Market Authority as an authorized finfluencer (entry 193), which covers financial content, not managing money; that is why the money always stays in your own accounts.
